TK EMEA Finance Business Partner
Job Summary:
The TK EMEA Finance Business Partner will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting activities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of influencing business outcomes by liaising with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials in accordance with corporate deadlines.
· Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
· Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
· Preparing the financial forecasts (AOP, Quarterly Forecasts, LRP etc.).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Monitor and analyse budget variances and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Internal Controls and Compliance:
· Develop and maintain a strong compliance environment.
· Promote a culture of ethical behaviour and integrity within the finance team and across the organization.
· Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters.
Strategic Planning:
· Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.
· Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial due diligence, and provide recommendations to support business growth.
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
· Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Accountancy certification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
