The Supply Operations Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering continuous improvements within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, focusing on enhancing the sales process and operational efficiency for Supply business. This role involves close coordination with the Supply Sales Excellence team, Sales Leaders, and Account Managers to ensure that Salesforce is leveraged effectively to support sales initiatives and drive business growth.

Where is the work:

This is a Remote position. 

 

What you will do:   

·         Salesforce Optimization: Identify, prioritize, and implement improvements within the Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance user experience, data accuracy, and sales process efficiency.

·         Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple projects related to Salesforce enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

·         Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Sales Excellence, Sales Leaders, and Account Managers to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure that Salesforce configurations and enhancements meet those needs.

·         Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices, new features, and enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of the platform.

·         Data Management: Oversee the quality and integrity of data within Salesforce, implementing data governance practices and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.

·         Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Salesforce to provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.

·         Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the platform's capabilities.

·         Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to Salesforce enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption by end-users.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operational roles, with a track record of driving excellence and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Operations processes, CRM systems, and operational enablement tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and foster collaborative and high-performance teaming.
  • Experience in change management and the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position works in a variety of environments, from inside office to outdoors, mechanical/ equipment rooms, and industrial work environments.  During visits to customer/job sites, the employee is occasionally required to climb and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock.  The employee is to follow the Electrical Safety/Arc Flash requirements to eliminate exposure.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  Hearing protectors should be  zorn in environments over 85 DBA.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: Starts at $90,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive plan

 

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
