Service Sales Back Office

Office location: Brunn Am Gebirge

 

Job Summary
A great opportunity to join the Trane Austria Sales Team to support our external sales engineers and therefore contribute to the development and growth of the organization. 

Responsibilities: 

• Providing administrative support to the Sales Engineers
• Handle incoming sales calls
• Provide quotations to customers based on the input from the sales and technical team
• Internal and external project management
• Collaboration with sales and fulfillment teams

Key Competencies:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Practical aptitude, structured way of working and ability to follow processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, including a good telephone manner and with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a high volume fast paced business
• Knowledge of English is an advantage

 

What we offer:

• For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 2,041 gross per month is provided, with the willingness to overpay depending on the respective experience and training.
