DevOps & CI/CD Architecture
- Pipeline Ownership: Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Copado (preferred), Azure DevOps, or Flosum. Automate deployments to eliminate manual errors.
- Version Control Excellence: Implement Git best practices (Gitlow, Feature Branch workflows) to manage multi-team, multi-org development.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Salesforce Technical Architects and business leaders to align release schedules with architectural roadmaps.
- Transparent Communication: Publish release notes, outage notifications, and conduct retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder confidence.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Software Development/Release Management.
- 4+ years in Salesforce Release Management within large-scale, multi-org enterprises.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in DevOps tools: Copado (preferred), Gearset, Flosum, Azure DevOps.
