In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Trane’s footprint in the Philippines by promoting and selling our industry-leading Applied Chiller equipment. You will build strong relationships with clients in various industries, understand their specific needs, and propose customized solutions that deliver exceptional energy efficiency and performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets for Applied Chiller equipment.
- Identify and qualify new leads within designated territories.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements and propose tailored Applied Chiller solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations showcasing the benefits of Trane chillers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable sales.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to project completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams like engineering and service to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows to expand market reach and brand awareness.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial chiller systems and their applications.
- Excellent technical knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration cycles, and building systems.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid Philippine driver's license with a good driving record (preferred).
