Job Summary: 
The Product Marketing Leader for North and Southeast Asia is responsible for driving product strategy, market insights, and the lifecycle management of Business Unit (BU)-owned products across the region. This role will work cross-functionally to understand local market needs, guide product development and commercialization strategies, and ensure product success through continual portfolio optimization. Reporting to the Regional Leadership, this position is accountable for developing competitive, region-appropriate offerings aligned with Trane Technologies’ business objectives.

Responsibilities: 
        Own and manage the BU product roadmap, ensuring alignment with BU strategic initiatives; drive successful execution to deliver on business priorities and market needs.

        Achieve BUs shared financial targets, taking accountability for the commercial results and financial performance of the product portfolio.

        Develop and own the BU-level product marketing strategy and annual execution plans, fully aligned with AP portfolio direction.

        Directly interface with external markets, customers, partners, and sales offices to gather and prioritize market needs, delivering actionable insights for portfolio and strategy development.

        Lead customer and competitor analysis, define value propositions, and translate these into winning go-to-market strategies.

        Enable Sales, Technical Support, and Service teams with technical and commercial capability development, supporting CGI and growth targets.

        Working closely with AP Portfolio Management, act as the owner of business cases for BU-specific and relevant AP-level NPD initiatives.

        Oversee the product commercialization processensuring successful launch, including training, early pipeline development, performance tracking, and continuous market feedback loops to drive ongoing improvements.

        Represent the BU in the AP NPD Committee, advocating for BU investment, resources, and support needs.

        Champion a culture of customer-centric innovation within the BU team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related;

        12+ years in product marketing or product management within industrial/HVAC context

        Demonstrated success delivering commercial outcomes (market share, profit growth, CGI) in BU or regionally

        Ability to lead and influence multifunctional teams, proven experience in new product development, product launches, and full lifecycle product management.

        Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.

        Strong market/customer orientation, analytical and communication abilities

        Deep knowledge of North and Southeast Asian markets, including local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
