Learning and Development Coordinator
Job Summary:
Our team is hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to support our Trane Commercial service technical training operations located in Davidson, North Carolina. In this role, you will support the Service Technician Training team by executing completion of standard work, to include planning logistics and catering for classes held onsite in Davidson, as well as working to create an exceptional customer experience for students and visitors to the training center. - Build and Maintain course offerings in the Learning Management Systems
- Coordinate the logistics of onsite classes including catering and facility usage
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks that directly support our programs
- Assist learners with course registration questions and admission policies
- Work with the training team to support learning initiatives by lending your unique talents and abilities.
- Learn billing, revenue reports, managing expenses, and tracking invoices to serve as back-up to primary role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and expense management
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability to create efficiencies in existing processes
- Experience with e-learning platforms, Concur, P-Cards a plus
- Self-Management skills that allow you to work independently and with a team
- 1-3 years relevant experience (learning and development, event planning, office administration)
- 2 or 4 year degree in education, business, marketing or event planning strongly preferred.
Base Compensation Range is $50,000 to $65,000
