Job Summary: 
Trane Technologies is looking for an HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team in Saudi Arabia; this role supports a wide range of HR related functions for both commercial sales and service in Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys a fast pace and a desire to grow. We are looking for someone who can leverage their HR knowledge and be an impactful partner to support a high-performance workplace culture.
Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the first line HR contact for the three office sites across Saudi Arabia. 
  • Support leaders in day-to-day HR queries, interpretation of policies, problem resolution, and employee guidance. 
  • Drive core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee relations at local offices. 
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and company global standards.
  • Active engagement in overall talent practices, including workforce planning, success profiling, onboarding, talent development and management, retention, and engagement programs. 
  • Partners with hiring managers in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of hourly employees; provides tools/resources to new employees on culture, company and groups.
  • Coordinate and launch key talent programs, including internships, early talent strategy, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Gathers, analyses, and interprets HR related data for report generation and management decision-making, and links HR action plans with business needs.
  • Lead or co-lead strategic HR projects across MEA offices (e.g. process improvements, talent development, training deployment).

 
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' experience in Human Resources Function. 
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and courteously and build relationships with all levels of associates and stakeholders. 
  • Detail- oreinted , organized, with a strong sense of urgency. 
  • Ability to work independently and /or collaboratively with a team. 
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus. 
  • Saudi National is a must.
