Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic teammate with strong financial analysis, presentation, forecasting, planning, and reporting skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This individual will be responsible for interpreting and summarizing complex data into meaningful financial reports and effectively partnering with functional leaders to develop and support the execution of forecasts, reconciliations, and analysis.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in annual budgeting and standard cost setting process, forecasting, and reporting of the income statement and balance sheet.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company financial policies.
  • Drive and participate in operational excellence initiatives to support achievement of organizational goals.
  • Partner and provide finance support to key project teams for revenue growth, investments, and productivity, etc. as needed.
  • Ensure the production of timely, accurate and relevant financial reports to plant management to facilitate understanding and analysis of the business and business opportunities.
  • Partner on the monthly close process, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Review transaction errors to insure proper impact on perpetual and GL records.
  • Review variances to determine their cause and identify corrective actions.
  • Support with ad hoc analysis of results, budgets, and forecasts with focus on P&L. performance, cash flow, working capital optimization, investments and productivity, and financial ratios.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related discipline required
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of accounting and/or finance experience, manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12, ASO and Hyperion Planning a plus
  • Strong PC Skills required: Advanced Excel Skills, PowerPoint, and Teams. Alteryx, Tableau, Dataiku a plus.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $53,500-93,750
