Job Summary

Trane in Egypt is hiring for an Air Handling Units Equipment Sales Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overall responsibility for sales and business development in Egypt by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.

Responsibilities: 

  • New business development of Air handling units' market in Egypt with accountability for sales budget within the country.
  • Work with the Sales Leader to develop a business plan for the appointed region. Collaborate alongside both regional and national colleagues to support the growth of AHU products within the marketplace
  • Creating and building customer portfolio, searching for clients and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Assess customer requirements and advise on the most appropriate solutions, options to meet their needs based on comprehensive site surveys and liaison with the customer
  • Prepare quotations for Air Handling Units (AHU) product and solutions and follow up with customers, and logged details on the system.
  • Achieve agreed sales goals and targets.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, attend sales & technical meetings were required.

Qualifications:

  • Passion and energy for exploring and building a new market
  • Demonstrated technical sales experience and knowledge of AHU products and market (min. 4 years)
  • Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer) or experience in AHU technical roles
  • Sound technical knowledge of AHU products and solutions with the ability to identify the needs and provide the best solution for the customer.
  • Full driver license
  • Must be flexible, professional and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
