This position has been designated as Remote within a geography, work will be performed in St. Louis, MO

Position:

  • Trane Technologies, the global leader in innovative climate solutions, hands-on, year-round internship allows participants to explore a career in Residential Sales Operations through the following:
  • Projects that will challenge and develop your technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills – providing insight into a sales operations career with Trane Technologies.
  • Exposure to the many facets of Trane Technologies’ businesses: Marketing, Communications, Sales, Distribution, Information Technology, Product Management, Operational Excellence
  • This internship will provide you with the experience to pursue a career at Trane Technologies and creates the opportunity to join our industry leading Advanced Development Program (ADP) after graduation.

What you will do:   

Our award-winning internship program provides you the opportunity to learn more about us while you collaborate with peers across North America. As a Residential Sales Operations Intern you may experience or gain exposure to:

  • Work directly with our industry leading operations, sales and distribution teams.
  • Understand and drive improvement without our order management, quoting, sales strategy and distribution processes.
  • Attend sales meetings; business functions; sales calls; customer meetings alongside experienced account managers, sales operations leaders and mentors.
  • Gain an appreciation for the importance of the relationship with our customers as you work to create new process and programs to support the customers’ needs.

 

Compensation Information:

  • Pay Range: $21.00 - $30.00
  • Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of function, class year, and geographic location where the work is performed.  

 

Travel:

  • Less than 25%

 

What you will bring:   

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, Sales, Marketing
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
