We are currently seeking a Contracting Material Coordinator to join our team in Key Accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our National Controls Projects by managing the ordering and receiving of controls material, creating programs for control panels, and overseeing project-specific packaging and shipments. The goal is to minimize the risk of product loss by consolidating shipments for numerous devices. This is an on-site position based at the Controls campus in White Bear Lake, MN.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Management: Order and receive controls material, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Program Creation: Develop programs for control panels tailored to specific project requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Manage packaging and shipments for National Controls Projects to reduce the need for separate shipments and mitigate product loss.
  • Task Tile Management: Support Task Tile management and assist with critical controls project tasks, including PT2 FOE orders, material returns, and change orders.
  • Emergency Support: Provide emergency ordering support for materials for customers
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in Material Handling and Project Administration tasks.
  • Canadian Coordination: Coordinate with our Canadian shipping broker to ensure the safe and timely delivery of projects

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in material coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics, particularly with Canadian orders, is a plus.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $

 

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
