Job Summary:

Looking for Associate Tech Lead - Software Test who will be providing test support on the project agreements.

Responsibilities:

• To Analyze the Requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions and to test the functionality as per the Test plan and respective test cases.
• To Report & track bugs/Issues in bug/Requirement tracking tool.
• To understand testing issues/problems and take initiatives to resolve.
• To co-ordinate with team members and interact with various stake holders for updates.
• To Analyze the results of the test procedures and test scripts

Explore and come up with new automation test framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering.
• Background of Electronics/Instrumentation/Electricals/Computer science – Preferable.

Key Competencies:

• 6-7 years of relevant experience.
• Hands on experience or knowledge in Test Automation - Python Scripting.
• Good knowledge on Software Test Life Cycle Process and Test Methodologies.
• Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills.
• Actively listening to team members, stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
• Thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions to challenges.
• Quickly learning new skills, tools, and technologies.
• Responding promptly and effectively to customer feedback and issues.
• Developing long-term plans and strategies to achieve goals.
