Where is the work: (Work location & Mode of work): This position has been designated as On-Site Based in Mumbai location.
What will you do:
Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored HVAC and Energy efficiency solutions.
- Prepare proposals/quotations and cost-benefit analysis for clients.
- Support customers in choosing the right Trane products and systems which satisfy their need.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Explore new business opportunities in different industry segments such as Pharma, Industrial, Data center, clean rooms, hospitality, healthcare, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor’s offerings, and customer needs.
What you will bring: (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Technical Expertise: A strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with a deep understanding of HVAC systems, chiller technologies, and cooling load calculations.
- Sales Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in HVAC or chiller sales, with a focus on large tonnage or industrial projects.
- Key Account Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive sales.
- Technical Support: Ability to provide pre-sales technical consultation, prepare technical & commercial proposals, and support bid clarifications.
- Proficiency in Tools: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards to manage sales processes and track performance.
