Account Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for VRF & DX products management, a key role that encompasses product strategy, product roadmap planning, in-line product growth and marketing. Work closely with the distribution organization and various functional groups to manage the product life cycle, and to drive in-line product business performance, formulating required action plan to meet or exceed AOP. Plan and execute effective commercialization plan for NPD program to ensure successful product launch.
Responsibilities:
· Manage VRF & DX products and be responsible for product strategy, roadmap planning, and business model.
· Plan and execute commercialization plan for NPD program to ensure successful product launch.
· Manage the product lifecycle by driving cross function teams to continuously improve performance, quality, and cost of existing products.
· Support sales team on critical bidding projects.
· Collect market information and perform competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree on engineering.
· 5+ years’ experience on VRF / Light commercial in HVAC industry, in functions including Marketing, Sales, or Engineering.
Key Competencies:
· Technical background with good understanding on VRF/DX products technology and applications.
· Product Management skill including segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing, and commercialization.
· Knowledge and experience in channel management is preferred.
· Strong communication and influence skill.
· Fluent English in Speaking and Writing.
