Job Summary: 
Trane Technologies’ early career student program provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Science or similar majors’ exposure to a variety of assignments which could include: Project Management, Business Analysis, Supplier Management, Infrastructure, and Application Management.

This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule and will be based out of one of our many locations across North America. Flexible work from home options available. 

 
Successful Candidate’s Profile:

  • Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.  
  • Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies. 
  • Proficiency in capturing requirements, designing, testing, and implementing information systems while providing guidance for business process re-engineering and analyzing change impacts. 
  • Proactively partners with internal customers to establish alignment and high-performance results in a manner that is open, collaborative, and impactful. 
  • Willing to be mobile and relocate anywhere in the United States 
  • Pursuing a BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 
  • Minimum Work Experience: At least one internship or work experience  
  • Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects 
  • U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future 

Salary Information  

Base Pay: $23.00 – $32.24 per hour 

Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of function, class year, and geographic location where the work is performed.  

Relocation/housing assistance is available as a lump sum payment of $3,500 tax assisted.
